In late October I was offered a dream gig: Writing about technology. For those of you who don't know, I am a closet tech-geek. I love all things tech and I consume tech news ravenously, particularly via the excellent tech podcasting network TWIT. So I was thrilled to be approached by eBay.com to start writing guest posts on technology for them across various websites and blogs.
While I relinquished the full-time reins of the Sun Valley blog last year when I moved from Idaho to Charleston, I still pop in from time-to-time with posts in my favorite area of expertise Sun Valley's unique history (I'm actually writing a book about the history of Sun Valley, shhh!).
Last week, I delved into the story behind the annual Wagon Days parade, the largest non-motorized parade in the West, and unearthed a fascinating tale of bare-knuckle survival in the original Wild West.
Read The Wagons of Wagon Days here.
Continuing my guest blogging gig for Sun Valley Resort with Part 2 of a new series I created, Stories From The Staff: “There’s more than one way to shoot a bull” John M. Stephens on his Hollywood career.
